Step 1. Open a FREE Liberty Reserve account by clicking HERE
Step 2. To fund it just go to www.wm-center.com
and complete the order form (select "Liberty Reserve USD").
E-currency Account - your Liberty Reserve account number
Step 3. After you send the application you'll receive the Payment details. Please go to the Western Union agent and make the payment.
Step 4.
Once you have sent your payment, please inform WM-CENTER.
NOTE: Your LibertyReserve account will be funded on the same/next day that they receive your payment.
Step 5. Your LR account was funded please go to Purchase page.
